Our Service offerings are contingent on availability and climatic conditions. We hold the authority to adjust or discontinue any services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For a successful charter reservation, you need to:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide valid and comprehensive details
- Make the stipulated deposit as noted in your reservation confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Booking confirmation is deemed complete once payment is received along with our written affirmation. We maintain discretionary rights to decline service to any client.
3.3 Availability
Charter availability is dependent on the vessel's schedule and favorable weather conditions. We strive to fulfill your requested dates and timings to the best of our ability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All quoted rates are in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes, except where noted otherwise. The prices may change without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter, payable at the time of reservation
- Final balance: Payable 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
- Any incidental charges (when applicable): To be settled following the charter service
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed using secure and encrypted systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement exclusive of transaction fees
- If canceled between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Partial reimbursement of 50%
- If canceled less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In cases where weather conditions are classified as unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:
- Rebook your charter for the next convenient date without additional charges
- Issue a full refund if an alternative date is not viable
5.3 Vessel Malfunction
Should there be mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will attempt to provide a comparable substitute. If a substitute is not available, we will issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are required to:
- Abide by all instructions given by the crew
- Use the provided safety gear as needed
- Inform the crew about any medical issues that could interfere with safety
- Stay within the designated areas on board
6.2 Prohibited Objects
The following items are prohibited on the yacht:
- Glass bottles
- Illicit substances
- Weapons or firearms
- Excess non-alcoholic drinks beyond reasonable consumption
- Pets (unless previously authorized)
6.3 Behavior
Passengers should behave courteously and respectfully. We reserve the right to cut short the charter without a refund if a passenger's actions pose any danger or if they disturb the cruise for others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is restricted to the cost you paid for the charter. We are not liable for:
- Injuries incurred due to passengers' negligence
- Theft or damage of personal items
- Indirect or punitive damages
- Delays resulting from extreme weather or events beyond our control
7.2 Insurance
We carry comprehensive marine insurance for our fleet and operations. However, passengers should have their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Risk Acknowledgement
By partaking in our charter services, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in marine activities and captaining your safety and security.
8. Itinerary Adjustments
Itinerary, routes, or schedules are subject to change due to elements like weather, safety considerations, or operation necessities. We aim to deliver comparable alternative experiences wherever possible.
9. Force Majeure
We disclaim liability for any delays or changes in service arising from circumstances beyond our authority, which encompass but are not restricted to:
- Extreme weather or environmental conditions
- Natural calamities
- Regulatory impositions
- Harbor closures
- Vessel breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We manage your personal data in compliance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you give consent to the collection and employment of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
