What does a standard yacht charter include?
Each of our charters comes with a crew of experts, vital safety gear, included fuel costs, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Offerings differ by charter type — for instance, sunset cruises provide an array of appetizers along with premium beverages, while business charters come with facilities for conferences and specialized catering for business events.
How much time ahead should I make my booking?
It's advisable to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the busy period from May through September. For private events and business gatherings, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for better availability and to accommodate custom requests.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our main concern is your safety. Should our captain find the weather unsuitable, we will suggest an alternative date for your booking or issue a complete refund. Weather conditions are checked consistently, and we will reach out to you with a 24-hour notice if we anticipate questionable weather for your scheduled departure time.
Is it permissible to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own meals and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. However, our catering services offer customized menu options to suit your tastes. Please be mindful that for safety purposes, bringing glass containers on board is prohibited.
Do you provide yachts that are accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?
We aim to serve all our guests and offer yachts with varying levels of accessibility. For specific accessibility requirements, do get in touch with us at the time of booking, and we can guide you to the most suitable yacht and make any necessary preparations for your convenience.
Can you explain your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is provided. If the cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours prior, a 50% refund is granted. Cancellations within a 24-hour window do not qualify for a refund, except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical problems attributed to us.
